Siyonna was so nice and patient and made sure that I was able to get my order even though they had technical difficulties. She couldve turned me away but instead she made sure i got my order. Very great staff. Not used to seeing customer service workers going above and beyond these days! Thank you so much you made my night!
I have given this place too many chances cause its right there by where i live. HOWEVER this was my last straw cause the wait time seems to be the most bull i have to put up with. Why am i waiting behind one person in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they haven't even taken their order, and then when i finally get up to it they want me to wait even longer. Ordered 2 chili dogs with mustard and onions only. Had to repeat the order three times. Then had to wait as it appeared not enough staff working here. Then finally got my two hot dogs- covered with cheese
