Pulled into a stall pressed button to order. No acknowledgement after 10 mins we left and went to cook out. As we drove out 2 employees were speaking with a customer at drive thru window who still had not got their order after waiting a long time. Bad customer service tonight.
Great burgers. They recently started doing bogo smash burgers through their app on certain days and they're fire.
Food is fine, service is good. The touch screens have some serious opportunity.
