Terrible. I threw up when I got home.
Worst experience ever ...1 I ordered online thinking it was gonna be faster nope order said it would be done at 3:50 I didn't leave there till 4:15. 2nd I got there pushed the button someone answered rude I'll be with you in a second wasn't busy at all on the app I pushed what stall I was in and it said Tyler was coming with my order Tyler never showed up after 5 mins the screen that said your order is on the way disappeared and the push the red button to order screen came back on.I got off and went up to the door and someon... read more
My family and I just moved to Texas and went to Sonic to get something before we started unpacking. I am so disappointed in the service. The staff inside were not attentive, did not listen throughly and when asked to explain something they were rude about it. I can not beleive how the staff treated our family and how much they clearly hate their jobs. I will not be returning to this location and we will try another one.
