Had a hangry, I may not eat out much, because of limited income, but when I do, I do. Went to Sonic for one thing but another,and went online, ordered, drove to pick up, parked,and order was delivered by a great customer service representative with a very grand smile on her beautiful face, was thanked with enthusiasm, marvelous service from a Sonic employee in this 21 century, TY much appreciated.
I’m gonna mostly give the stars bc the young lady that’s here; she’s bussing her tail off, this lady says she’s the COOK, DRIVE THRU, AND PHONE ORDERS MOSTLY EVERYTHING! This is so wrong, she does it all! And what’s worst, she’s probably not getting best pay! Yall need to pay her salary over 20/hr! Please do something or get some workers in here! I say GM don’t care at all if they come daily
