I ordered a burger and it was the size of my sauce packet. I called and they wouldn’t respond. Also have been denied service at 10:45 multiple times.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of drinks I received today at Sonic. My girlfriend and I are daily customers, and we have noticed a significant decline in the quality of our orders. Specifically, the sweet cream in our drinks was not up to standard; it was less sweet than usual and excessively foamy.
