I came to get dinner for my family. I got a greenchile cheese burger, a hot dog with ketchup on the side, ched r peppers, and 2 shakes. The WHOLE order was messed. So I called the store and made my complaint. The manager on duty that night, Yvette, was absolutely amazing. Very helpful. Very professional. And on point for customer service. Was I an upset customer?.. yes! But I left satisfied and happy.

My wife and daughter went at 8:30pm on 7/15/2026. All she ordered was two small frozen drinks at $10. They were first in line, after the man took their $$ they sat there for 10 mins, before saying anything, 4 cars behind left because the manager said she had to reset the ice cream after 20 mins. Of waiting, a little advice, next time please tell the customer that there will be a 25 minute wait and would you like to wait or get a refund, instead the manager made them wait 25-30 minutes for some inferior drinks, will not be re... read more
