HORRIBLE FOOD EXCELLENT SERVICE
Tonight, I placed an online order for the 1st time. The process was very easy. I arrived at the restaurant at the time the app said, then I waited 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, after 15 minutes, I flagged down a server and asked him if there was a problem? He said they only had 1 person working the kitchen. 20 minutes later, I received my food😯 I understood things happen, but I feel 20 minutes is excessive. And I did feel bad for the over-worked employees...
I don't ever leave reviews, but I read a lot. Service here has been exceptional today from taking my order accurately - to the carhop going around and handing out condiments and utensils. Had to leave a good tip! Made me feel like I was at Sonic 10 years ago when people still cared about their jobs!
