Was served an old chicken sandwich.
Ordered ahead of time waited 30 minutes on lunch break. Asked to get a refund and the male working aid he would get his manager. Waited and waited nothing. All I wanted was my money back. I would understand if they were busy but it was slow. Won’t be back.
The person on the drive thru speaker doesn't even know the promotion of the day. Did not honor buy one get one free coney. Also my drink order was wrong; gave me a medium instead of a route 44 at happy hour. In order to get my free coney, they want me to wait for them to refund the entire order when there's a line behind me. Horrible customer service.
They have got to get faster at these orders. I stopped on Sunday(3/16/25) and l ordered three cups of water. I waited 15 minutes and they never brought our water so I left. Today(3/21/25), I ordered ahead and I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for one item. I’m getting ready to leave again. It’s really not even that busy.
