I'm trying to understand why when I request easy ice on a drink order, I get a cup half full with ice. Am I missing something? This is a Route 44 cup with "light ice". Let's do better at following instructions please.
Besides almost never getting my order right, this location will be closed during normal business hours with no notice. No signs on doors, nothing. Driving all the way there for them to be closed at 7:30 during a week day and 8:30 on a weekend day is insane. This has happened more than once and you can’t ever get ahold of anyone.
Food's always good. Rarely do they mess it up. It's my Wednesday default. Addition: for the last 5 or 6 times I have ordered from this location, I have yet to get hit tater tots.
