I was a little flustered as I had been Ordering what used to be called the Sonic Sunrise (cherry limeaid w orange juice) .... the person barked back that "we stopped serving orange juice here 4 months ago..." as if I was supposed to know. I'll remember next time and just go to the two sonics that still serve it. So excuse me Sonic on Huntoon and Gage!!!
4 drinks took 12 minutes to get to me...hire more help or keep people on longer.. unacceptable
Worst service while I was ordering i the people had no clue what was going on they got my order completely wrong i was done with it so I paid and the lady didn't even give me my change back. I will not be coming back
Richard and Tyler E. did a fantastic job and were the only 2 running around taking orders thru the intercom, delivering them, offering condiments, while other staff were in the trash area vaping and talking. I understand employees need breaks but that is ridiculous to have the drive thru full, parking lot full and I'm sure food sitting there waiting to be delivered. They should be more on top of their job, especially management!!!!!
