They got my order wrong twice...first brought the wrong drink and then didn't put the nerds in when we paid extra. Didn't give us our money back either...
Order was taken promptly and brought out with out having to wait very long. Food was good and not cold when arriving home. Good experience on this visit.
Place is trash. I sat there for almost 15 minutes pushing the "red" button. Finally she asked to take my order, I was there for something sweet so I ordered the shake ,after that it went silent. I waited another 2 minutes and two more"red" button pushes and NO word. I left and went to Baskin Robins and got my sweet on, and they were quick.
Just bought Ice...
Don't get drink order correct, check before leaving. Don't answer phone and then answer Hello and hang-up.
