It took over half an hour to get 2 drinks. What is happening here?
So me and my boyfriend just went here. Tell me why The lady took our order and everything, and then when it was time to pay and we handed her our card, she took our card inside and then proceeded to tell us that the card reader is down after she already gave us our food. Didn’t even give us the food for free after the inconvenience. Also came out with her over the head headphones on. Super unprofessional.
Terrible service, waste of time. I placed an online order at 4:15pm and arrived at this location at 4:20pm. After 45 minutes of waiting I went to the door to ask the staff to cancel my order and they tell me that they are backed up due to staff shortage and that I will have to call customer service to cancel my order. Been waiting for forty-five minutes past our scheduled pickup time. Called. Checked in with the carhop. Watched car after car show up after us and leave before us. Finally just had to get a refund and leave.
I got there at 11:44 and tried to order a burrito. But the lady said they can't take the burrito only because they cleaned the grill. That sounded like they are just lazy to clean it again. If they have last time or she informed me what is available at that moment, I'd get it. I asked it is not 12 am yet. She said sorry like aggressive and she was annoyed by me. I think sonic forgot how to treat customers in the first place. Well, what can I say? They're a big company. They dont make whatever they dont want to make, I guess.
