Had to go in and out of the stalls pressing buttons until they worked, waited for 30 minutes (still currently waiting) TOOK 40 MINUTES BRO!!!!!
To be honest, I used to love coming to this Sonic. Been coming here for years, always enjoyed the service and the people. But ever since that Dionne Murphy took over, it’s gone straight downhill. Every single time I try to get a simple cup of coffee, it takes 15 minutes or more! Meanwhile, she’s just standing around doing nothing. I don’t know what happened to good work ethic, but it sure disappeared with her in charge. If the store got rid of her, maybe it would finally go back to being the Sonic we all used to love.
Waited 20 minutes for a single order of small mozzarella sticks. With an average number of cars there for 6:15 PM. No one should have to wait 20 minutes, especially when ordering a single item.
