It's because we were there early on the machine but it was closed but we waited for 5 minutes
My first time ever trying sonic and I was highly disappointed… when I first pulled through the drive thru, the girl sounded annoyed and even didn’t say hi and went straight into “what do u want”. I told her to hold on and when I got done looking and was ready to order, I had to wait an extra 5 mins.. I got my food and the fries taste OLD and look old well. I’m highly annoyed and will not be back.
THE SLOWEST sonic I have EVER been to. I ordered 2 drinks and waited ina stall for 20 minutes!! That is ridiculous and unacceptable. After 10 minutes I pressed the button and asked if my drinks were coming the girl that answered said it would only be another minute and i proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. I’ve seen countless of cars go through the drive thru. Unacceptable.
