I've had several negative experiences with this location. Wait times are excessive, half the stalls dont work, the staff needs to work on customer service, and my orders are constantly messed up. With this last order half of it was missing and was given the wrong drink. They were "out" of milk for the kids meal but didn't offer an alternative. Just walked off. So basically paid for a meal I never got.
During a door dash order they excepted it through the app and when the dasher came to pick it up the manager on duty was screaming into the phone with an attitude. She stated that they do not take orders after 1030p. How ever the order was placed before 1030p. Refused to make the food.
Ordered a brownie Sonic blast and was given a cookie dough blast. When I said something about it, they said there was brownies beneath there, they just sprinkled with cookie dough KNOWING that they messed it up and was just too lazy to fix the right one. I guess I just pay for whatever they decide to make. This store sucks and their employees could care less.
Poor service and the management is rude
