I just spent over 40 minutes waiting on a shake and I still haven’t gotten anything yet. I don’t know why I keep coming back instead of going out of my way because coming here always takes me FOREVER. They are super nice however and when they do take a long time they apologize but this is a constant issue.
The slowest sonic ever. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what. Mobile orders are never ready close to the estimated time.
