They never get my order right and the card never works and I asked for a burger with no cheese and she specified no cheese and we said yes, but there’s still cheese and I can’t have cheese. And so now I can’t eat my burger do better please

Russelville Rd. Location: I had a REUSABLE smart card. The deal was "buy 1 medium Blast get 1 free". The young man handed me the order but not my smart card. When I asked for it back he said he needed it a bit longer. While I was talking to another associate I spot him in the back WITH SCISSORS cutting out the promotion. I told both of them that it was a REUSABLE card, but they told me their manager had instructed them to do that. Because of this I can't use the card at Sonic at any other location.
