I'm not sure what is wrong with this place. I've been to other Sonics and never have this extreme of a wait in the drive thru. I'm not one to complain, normally. This place always seems to disappoint.
Probably the worst Sonic experience I've had. The burger came out stone cold on a stale bun, didn't include bacon despite being a part of the burger. Everything about it tasted low effort. Visited the bathroom and it was absolutely trashed and disgusting. Overall this Sonic felt like eating at a truck stop versus a restaurant. No plan to return.
Everyone I talk to and every time I come here it’s the same. Bad service. Severs freaking out. Customers not being acknowledged. I sat in the pull up window for 26 minutes before anyone even answered. Then I was told to hold. There were three cars in the drive thru. Two cars in the pull up menu. I saw probably six cars drive out of the drive thru and leave bc of no service. Even door dashers I spoke to were being ignored. And again a server screaming everyone needs to leave! This restaurant is honestly the BEST place ever The teenagers working here are incredible they’re respectful hardworking and always doing their best even when it gets busy I especially want to shout out the girl with the two big puffs she is the sweetest most respectful person I’ve ever been served by Her energy and attitude are amazing and I’d love for her to be my server every time I come back People need to understand that these are teens working hard and instead of complaining we should appreciate the effort they put in ... read more
