Listen, I don't care if this is one of the few places open after 9pm in Pagosa Springs, good customer service is from open to close. Misty needs an attitude adjustment. Twice in one week I visited this location. Both times Misty was on the rag. I waited at the window patiently the first time for over 5 minutes for my food. When it was given to me it was cold. Good strawberry milkshakes
My family and I waited in line at the speaker for 13 minutes. After saying hello in the speaker and getting no answer, we pulled up to the window and only requested 2 cups of ice. There were 6 employees with a few on their phones and a manager that said “ she wasn’t sure who was supposed to take our order, but we’re gonna have to pull back around and place the order”.
