Do not give your business to this location! Every time I’ve gone here I am left waiting for 30-60 minutes even on nights where I’ve only seen two or three other cars. After waiting for 30-60 minutes, every time my order has come out wrong or with items missing, and then I have had to wait 20-30 more minutes for them to fix it. When talking to the employees about the issues with your order or the time you’ve been waiting, they are apathetic at best. *Edit to previous 5 star review* Sonic changed their online hours so you can't order online even within an hour of closing. I called and Ethan, the manager, took my order and said they'd have it ready within 5-10 minutes. I was happy the staff was willing to help since their online function was changed. However, when my husband got there, the manager Ethan had not helped prep our order as promised. They also informed my husband it was the last time they would assist us outside of drive thru hours. Won't be returning to this particular sonic.
I love sonics..but not this one. The service at this place is most of the time messed up. The stalls are narrow, the drive through usually not working but they don't tell you it is broken, and you wait for a long time to get help. I want to like this sonic but this one just seems plagued with staffing problems over the years and what not, It is like a 50/50 gamble if it will go fine or if I will end up driving away because of no help after 15 minutes of waiting.
