In the annals of fast-food history, this Sonic shall be remembered as the day my taste buds faced their greatest betrayal. The salt levels rivaled the Dead Sea, the onion rings carried a perplexing sweetness as if they’d been kissed by a rogue baker, and the drinks were so sugary they may as well have been desserts. As for the tots… stale relics of a bygone era. Verily, I know not what calamity befell this once-beloved establishment, but its culinary compass has surely lost its way.
No one here is doing there job or even cares. I ordered on the app, sat and waited for 20+ minutes, finally left AND went to the drive through to not even get a response for a few minutes until I was told to wait a few minutes then I explained what happen and they were confused and told me to go to the window. I then sat there not being talked to while I waited 5 minutes watching them make my order that they hadn't even started even though I ordered 30+ minutes before. They forgot the syrup foe the French toast sticks, the sauce for the chicken tenders and the ranch dor the pickle fries... Second attempt trying this location and they charged us for two fries and gave us two fries when we only ordered one and both were inedible. Like a sponge with cooking oil in each one absolutely wild.
