To be completely honest, customer service at Sonic has never been consistently great, regardless of the location, city, or state. However, one of the best things they’ve added—and should definitely keep on the menu—is the Sonic Smash Burger; it’s actually pretty good. That said, many of the ordering machines often don’t work, so more often than not, you’ll end up having to go directly to the drive-thru.
Half hour waits for food? Put the weed down and do what your being paid for
absolutely horrible service. waited at the stall for 20 minutes no acknowledgment from staff at all. drive thru line backed up to the street, most people who work here are teenagers. terrible, do better.
Chicken tenders half done as well as tator tots, mold on hot dog bun.
