Customer service was terrible at the speaker… Ask for a Oreo shake and the worker kept saying we only have shakes… We got two shakes and the worker didn’t ask what size we wanted they picked themselves…
I used to love this Sonic but lately the service is terrible. The people are rude even when they make the mistake. The service is so slow it is like they want to make you mad so that you leave. I guess the only way they will learn is to stop giving them my money. Now I have to ride across town to get my Sonic fix. I will not be returning to this Sonic.
Great food at a low price.
Worse food and worse service at a sonic. The people there are young people and don’t seem to care about their job. I only got 2 small items and was waiting over 40 minutes. Then I leave and the order is wrong. I didn’t even wanna go back and deal with it, so I just threw it in the trash. I will never come back to this sonic. Please do better.
