Everytime I attempt to go to any sonic the wait is very very long and the orders are never right. This last trip I ordered a #17 with extra bacon and cheese, tator tots and a cherry candy dry. I got no tator tots, a small drink , extra egg almost no bacon or cheese and was charged the combo amount. When speaking with the cashier I questioned about the combo meal being rang up that way and he said I didn't take your order. Don't eat here. They will rip you off. And the food is not good anymore. Under staffed and mismanaged. Another location more worried about online orders than in person customers. Every customer that enters the drive thru is told to wait to order, which results in long unnecessary wait times. I'm done.
Asked for 2 ultimate meat and cheese burritos, got some burritos with jalapeños and tomatoes in it
I like coming here at night because the staff are always friendly and my food comes out quickly.
Never has enough employees working. Most times you can’t even go through the drive through because they say they’re only taking Mobile orders. Plus it takes forever to get your order.
