I am a regular customer because I love to see my favorite manager George, Monique, and Stacey! I always get a Dr. Pepper with sweet cream. Actually I was the witness of that incident. George was being professional, respectful, and tried his hardest to get you satisfied. George wasn’t giving you a hard time, YOU as a horrible customer (Lourdes Saldana) was giving George a hard time.
