I ordered through the drive through this evening for a classic banana shake with chocolate syrup and a sonic bacon stacker. I was handed a peanut butter (extremely allergic) shake and gladly found out before driving away. Luckily I only took a sip of it, could have gone very badly. As for my stacker, I recieved a regular burger with everything on it that I asked to be removed. I unfortunately did not check the bag before driving away. Will not be returning to this location. They don't put enough mayo on the burgers on Tuesday using the excuse they are low on product. Then my cheddar peppers were just cheddar and no peppers. Attempted to contact the store and their phone was out of order. Very disappointed....
This place is a literal joke, every time ive been to this location it’s always a waiting game. 15 mins from pressing the button to even getting service and another 10-15 minutes to just get 1 singular drink. Management needs to do better training or get a new system and not just sit around
Don’t go to sonic in Kaufman. Had a bad experience last time but went again to have a worse experience. They got the order wrong, while they were correcting my order, I tasted my Dr Pepper, nothing but carbonation in both I had. I told the girl when she came back. She looked at me as though I was stupid and said I’m sorry about that and threw them away. Me too because I wasted money. She didn’t even offer to replace them.
