Everyone was so nice and accommodating to my picky kids. Food was hot and order was accurate. And they gave my little boy a toy.
Ordered on the app. Then I went to the drive-thru and gave my name they gave me my drinks for the order, then told me to pull up and wait for my food. After about 20+ mins of waiting, I went inside and asked where my food was. I was told they never received my order. I knew it was a lie because they gave me my drinks, which were custom per my order. After a few minutes of pretending to be busy they asked what I ordered again, and then when I repeated an ordered they magically pulled a bag out and said "I'm so sorry" we got h... read more
Horrible, waited for almost 30 minutes for our food and took 2 other cars orders that got there after us and still didn't come out because she didn't want to get wet.
