TERRIBLE! Showed up at 9:30. All the lights in the building were on and people were sitting at the pull in spots. We pushed the button and they said they weren’t taking any orders. They weren’t even closed??? And had no sign up??
Got order completely wrong. Like really wrong.

Disappointed in this experience. Mobile order wasn’t letting me add the stall number, so I chose the “pick up inside option” where they refused service unless I was at a different stall and used the call button or went through the drive thru. Then when handing over the drinks, there was no identification of which drink was which (both looked the same), and when asked the worker said “I have no idea, just taste them.” Just a bummer to not have a good customer service experience, but love the drinks, will just go to a differen... read more
i had to wait an entire hour for my order. i first went to a stall and nobody answered for 30 minutes and then i went to the drive thru and nobody answered so i pulled around because i had a mobile order and then an hour later i get my food and i ordered a cheeseburger and they gave me french fries instead of my cheeseburger. i will not be likely to come back.
