I order online,and arrived at a stall. The usual happened but when the stall board said Deajohnna going to bring me the order, no one coming out for 20 minutes straight. I parked right in front of the drive through. I can see they are not busy, so when all the car are gone I knocked and see 2 girls too busy on their phone to walk 15 second to deliver customer food. They give me my food through the drive through window and not bother sorry or try to bring it out for me. Please pay them more so they care about their job.
Waited over a half hour in the stall to get some food, food never came and we got no communication as to what was going on. We tried to press the button again to talk to someone and the screen shut down.
Too expensive for fast food, didn't taste worth the price, won't go there anymore, I can make it myself & taste better too...
I’ve been to Sonic 2 times this year (this would be my 3rd) and to say it wasn’t good. I ordered my sister and I a Blueberry Coconut Slushy online through the mobile app. So when I got there it wasn’t letting me check in on the sonic app, so I drove up to the window and there were about 4-5 employees standing there not doing anything. I’d give zero stars if I could. Worse Sonic ever! Incompetent people working here. Go to the Westland location!
