Waited over a half hour in the stall to get some food, food never came and we got no communication as to what was going on. We tried to press the button again to talk to someone and the screen shut down.
Too expensive for fast food, didn't taste worth the price, won't go there anymore, I can make it myself & taste better too...
I’ve been to Sonic 2 times this year (this would be my 3rd) and to say it wasn’t good. I ordered my sister and I a Blueberry Coconut Slushy online through the mobile app. So when I got there it wasn’t letting me check in on the sonic app, so I drove up to the window and there were about 4-5 employees standing there not doing anything. I’d give zero stars if I could. Worse Sonic ever! Incompetent people working here. Go to the Westland location!
I ordered the "Super Sonic Breakfast burrito". It's supposed to come with Eggs, Tots, Shredded Cheese, Tomato, Jalepeno, Onion and Sausage. The first time I received it, the burrito only had Sausage, Onion, Tomato and Nacho Cheese. I went back through the drive through, showed them the burrito and asked to have it re-made with all the ingredients. 2nd time around, I took a couple bites driving away and it was still missing ingredients.
