even though they were extremely short staffed they were very friendly food was fantastic And they were helpful
I have had multiple very bad experiences at this sonic. I went by today and found out they were permanently closed. I have to say this is absolutely the worst sonic I have ever been to and the service was actually that bad. it’s really for the better that it was shut down.
Update 7/10/25: It's closed permanently and it needed to happen. This Sonic went from a staple on the corner of Austin Bluffs to absolutely unbearable. Goodbye for good. Original Post: Why does it take 35 minutes to get food out to you and by the time you get it, it's cold? They gotta shut this specific location down. This was the last chance I gave to this location and I'll never be back. Whatever is going on, shut it down until it gets fixed.
No wonder they are closing Sonic! I went through the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger for my sister that had surgery to eat when she got home, all that was in the bag was the bread and nothing else. I went back thinking this was going to be a simple fix but I was wrong. I talked to the on-site manager and even though we can prove it to her with our bank statement, she claims there is nothing she can do because the main manager would not allow it. Wow! I ordered a strawberry shake and an iced tea on the app. I checked in when I arrived and waited 10 minutes before going to knock on the door. Staff completely ignored me. I went to the stall next to me and pushed the red button. After a few minutes the button turned off. I pushed it again and the same thing happened. Went back to the door and knocked again.
