Waited for a good 30 minutes for two drinks. Asked for a vanilla sweet tea and they only gave the sweet tea and didn't add any ice. In this Tennessee temperature you better add some damn ice.
Typical Sonic. Food is typically hot and drinks are correct. Depending on the number of customers, the wait can be long sometimes.
It's always a good place to go.
Update-** 4 years later: service is still slow as ever. After ordering on the app. Argh. Exact same issue til this day! So yea my 2 stars went down to 1 star and I won’t come back to this location. Food is decent. Customer service is ok. I just wish they were on track with the app... I order off the app but it’s never ready and I always have to push button to remind them.
