Not going to waist my time giving the latest description of how poor the sonic is ran. I’ll just say, I’ve lived all over the US and been to Sonics all over and this one takes the cake. Literally the worst sonic ever. Terrible service, terrible food and the management doesn’t seem to care in the least. With cook out a block a way, it won’t be long and this place will be closed
Smash burger was an 8 out of 10
I went through the drive thru and asked for an iced coffee easy ice because they usually fill the cup up with ice and barely get a few sips before it’s empty. I had to repeat my order 3 times. They asked was the order correct on the screen. I said as long as you please put light ice. Please. They said ok we got you. My coffee was literally filled to the very top with ice.
