Went here three times, ordered from the app, paid good money for my meal, and came up short three times. Each time order was wrong. Waist of money. Have to get refund through the app. Spent most of my lunch break here to have no lunch. Why can’t I get what I pay for. Avoid this location
I would love to give it zero stars but it's not an option. I quit eating here a long time ago but my wife wanted to give it another try. We got cold hotdogs, a cold burger and at least they threw in cold tots to make it better. Never again!
I've been to this Sonic numerous times and gotten tots that were lukewarm at best and sometimes just plain cold (first world problems, I know). When I drove up this time and ordered, I specifically asked if they would give me fresh hot tots. I received my order and drove away but the tots were once again cold. Sonic on South New Branfules store ID 2970 poor drive thru customers service.
Nastiest place I've ever had food was disgusting and drinks were even worse and on top of that didn't even get all of my order never again would I order from there!

Big disappointment from the East Broadway location. They didn't confirm the order when it was placed at the drive-thru, then they left out the cheddar poppers that they did not hear in the first place and I didn't realize it until I got home. When I called, I was informed that since they had "completed the order" (incomplete actually and incorrect) and they had not charged me for the popper so they could not make good on their error if I came by the next day. Just sat at sonic in Madison, TN for close to 15 minutes with no response after pushing the button. Nope not me!
My daughter was hired here at the Dorchester Road location. Her first date of work was August 14th 2021. Within 3 weeks, she put in 90 hours. On September 22, 2021, she received a text message from Patrick the manager stating she could no longer work there due to being 15 years of age. This is fine, however, she has still not received a single penny of her pay for the time she had spent working.
