The new app set up suck i can't get half price drinks all day long.If I haven't been there thirty times in a year
While trying to order the employees we’re going back and forth between a guy and a girl on the intercom. Several customers were honking their horns in the parking lot. My order was wrong, fries were left out and sauces were left out. Chicken and jalapeño poppers were cold. So cold that after trying to eat one piece of chicken I threw the rest away & the jalapeño poppers were so cold that the cheese was solid!
Do yourself a favor and stay away from sonic in Dayton tn the last two times I went the orders were all messed up this time I was cut off before I could finish my order the order was wrong nothing on the individual that brought it out and the manager was accommodating in refunding my money last time the food was just flat out nasty find somewhere else and do yourself a favor I will never go back to the one in Dayton tn
Just went to try this sonic one last time before making the decision that I'll never be back. I ordered a #7 chili cheese coney meal add mayonnaise and onions with tots and a large sweet tea (I was asked multiple times by 2 different people what was it you ordered?) I repeated it 3 times before I was able to move on with my order. I then asked for a small cheese sticks and a blue power aid at which point I was asked 2 more times to repeat that part. Me and my husband came tonight and usually it’s quick no problem but we waited almost an hour on our food and it looked like teens were giving away food and serving the teenagers that had only been here 5 mins over us it aggravated me and when we told the guy about our order he didn’t even tell anybody anything and come to find out he gave away our food to the stall beside us I will not be back!
