Suggestion based on other reviews as well as my experiences; have corporate come down hard on this location please. Get rid of everyone there and hire new staff and hold the franchise owner accountable by either restructuring or shutting down this location. Having to wait over an hour and a half in the stall for an online order pickup is atrocious and it being completely cold and wrong when you get it.
Smash burgers were not smashed its like they took a normal patty and tried to smash that instead of it being its own thing so super disaapointing and the person working at the drive through didnt even know how to find their FEATURED burgers in their P.O.S. just a sad expirience overall
I rarely leave reviews, but I have to warn others about this Sonic location. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Every employee I encountered was rude, dismissive, and acted like they didn’t care at all. There was no greeting, no courtesy, just a cold indifference that made the whole visit miserable. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest you avoid this place if you value basic respect as a customer.
Couple times now at this one and not sure the staff could pass a UA 🥴
All I’m gonna say is. They’re short staff. They do a really good job or at least they do. Food is always amazing. Stop calling them mean names and threaten them. Why don’t you try working at a fast food? You’re probably doing a labor job or sitting down doing nothing. Grow up…
