If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This was a horrible place to stop and try to grab food. At first when I arrived I was excited because it had a dine in area but there were a lot of very shady people just hanging out at the entrance door. I decided to just drive around and pull in and order. I used the app and checked in and waited forever on my food. It said it was on its way but it never came. Waited over ten minutes to order. Tried to order a sandwich "only cheese and bacon" to which I was told "it comes with lettuce, pickles, and mayonnaise". And that's exactly what I got after clearly saying again that it was only cheese and bacon. Would not recommend.
This is the third time in the past 6 months I have tried to give this Sonic location a chance, but each time it gets worse. Tonight I wanted to get my children a treat. I ordered online to help expedite. Arrived at 9 and checked in, as they said it would be ready then. Checked in and it said they were working on it. Twenty minutes later it said it was on its way and cleared the screen tracker. Another ten minutes later and still nothing so we pressed the button and asked.
