Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 footlong coney dogs I ordered through app, and then they were a total mess. I understand that this type of sandwich is going to be messy, but when the majority of the toppings are on the bottom of the tray…. Almost like somebody dropped them, it’s ridiculous. When we tried to get back in touch with the restaurant, nobody answered.
Placed an online order in a few weeks ago… when I pulled up to check in, it wouldn’t let me at ANY of the stalls so I tried to press the button and got no response. Eventually, we tried on a different account on a different phone and had the same issue. We then just placed a regular order on the screens because this time they finally answered.
