If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered and paid for food through the app on 10/22/26 to be ready at a specific time. Arrived at the specified time, checked in. After waiting an extra 15 minutes past the requested time, asked a carhop to check on my order. Ended up leaving. No food, no car hop coming back out to apologize or say the order was lost or being prepared, no refund. Ridiculous!
Only go there once in a while
Don’t waste your time. I mean unless you have got 30 minutes to wait on burger, go ahead. I don’t, so I’ll never come back here.
They NEVER get the order right! I live right down the road, so I’ve continued going there simply out of convenience, but I’m officially DONE! Every visit is something different—wrong sandwich, missing drink, forgotten sauce, or no cup holder. And to top it all off, it takes forever just to get your food! The convenience isn’t worth the frustration anymore. At some point, getting what you actually ordered and paid for shouldn’t be this difficult!
Eh. It's close, so it's serviceable.
