Sat at the drive through for 30 minutes after pulling up to the self order screen. No one came out and I pressed the button multiple times. Drove by the window and the entire shift was standing around
As I was asking my wife what she would like to get employee said “press the button when you’re ready to order” while laughing with co workers
They took forever to get me my order from the app and they didn't give me what I had ordered... an employee or manager was trying to get an order right for another customer who had been supposedly waiting for an hour... I had been waiting for about 30 minutes too... the sauces I ordered for my fries were not included and was given 2 cups with chopped jalapeños which I didn't order. I'll add to my previous comment.
