I had 2 separate orders, 1st cash & 2nd cc. The car hop brought the cc order 1st so I asked her to make sure she brings the cash order out cause that’s what I was going to tip her out of & I wanted her to get a tip. She brings my $10 meal with no receipt, I handed her a $20 she walks off and never returns. I called & the manager Holly told me they are trained if you say tip they don’t offer your change back!
