Went through the drive-thru and I was impressed with the service. My order was read back to me at the menu board and once again right before I paid. I like that, makes me think you care that I get the correct order and gives me reassurance that you have it covered on your end. This lady was trained right. My food, it was fresh and made correctly. Food has been fresh and good. Great customer service workers are not grouchy or irritated. They're patient when ordering because the Sonic menu has a lot of options and drink flavors. I've had this great experience with morning shift multiple times
Pathetic manager named Jennifer. Horrible with her employees. Don’t even think about ever working in this Sonic branch.
