honestly, lady at drive thru cut us off so we were forced to drive to the window to finish our order, the guy at the window was very rude and as we were trying to finish our order kept cutting us off and closing the window on us, it took 30 minutes and about 3 people drove out of line because it was so long, people at fast food resturants need to learn to be nicer.
I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Sonic. So frustrating. More than once they have been massively slow on service. They gave me cold food today, after I had already talked with their manager, they would not honor my coupon because the carhop who brought my food out had finalized my order before I even paid for it. Telling me she.would have to cancel my order and ring it up again. Why they didn't do that only shows me they are unwilling to be there for thier customers. Everytime I go here, I get someone else's order or something is missing. Today I went because I wanted a cherry dr pepper. They gave me someone else's order and then when I went back through to tell them, they still brought me the wrong drink. And the sweet tea wasn't even good! I wouldn't be upset if it at least didn't taste like old tea!
