Y'know, I like ice as much as the next person, but 36 ounces of my rt44 being ice is just ridiculous, and to refuse a refill outright with the prices they charge for drinks is obscene. Besides that, I often have to play some kind of game of Tetris with the drive in spots because so many of the screens are non-functional.
Horrible customer service service here the manager is rude and takes all day long to take orders and to bring them out wait time is ridiculous I waited my whole lunch break and didn’t get my food till after .
