I placed an order and the power went out. Obviously not the stores fault, but I am just trying to get someone to help me. They were unable to refund my money and since it was placed on the app I was told to call corporate. It has been almost a week and I cannot get ahold of anyone at corporate. This location sucks. They won't give you your full order when you place it online. They also refuse to give anyone sauce and try to upcharge everything.
Arrived at 10:40 PM (closing time is 11:00 PM) and was completely ignored in a stall until closing so staff wouldn’t have to take my order. This wasn’t slow service—it was intentional. If a business is open, customers within operating hours should be served. Unacceptable experience.
