To Sonic Corporate or Local Management, I understand the importance of speed and efficiency, especially in a drive-thru setting. I respect the goal of quick service and the demands of fast food. What I can’t understand is the rudeness and lack of basic courtesy from employees toward someone who clearly hasn’t visited your store in a while and genuinely needed a little help understanding the menu.
