Annoying first visit to this location. I mobile order drinks a lot from various sonics but I haven't been to this location before. As normal I place my order ahead of time, pull into a stall, and check in with the stall number displayed on the screen at the stall. It says my order will be ready in 5 minutes, no worries. After 15 minutes of waiting (10 after the order for two drinks is supposed to be ready) I press the intercom button to get no answer. Ok sure so then I call, again no answer. Road is messed up, trash can was full, drive thru line was blocking the way to get to the booths. Placed my order for 2 burgers and 2 drinks at 6:54pm, did not receive my order that was estimated to be ready by 6:59pm until 7:28pm. The person to my right also was told that orders are "made to order" when they also were asking why the wait was taking so long.
