Messed up most our order
Ordered two breakfast toasters with sausage, egg and cheese. Cheese was not melted at all and was actually still cold.
I went to this Sonic around 10:50 PM and sat in the drive-thru waiting to order, but no one responded when I spoke. I waited for a while and eventually drove up to the window. It was about 3–4 minutes before 11 PM when I got to the window. The lights were off, and the employees appeared to be hiding so they wouldn't have to acknowledge me, even though I had already seen them. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication.
