Went here for a meal and was ignored in the car hop other cars that pulled in got their order before me. Lowsy service the place looks so neglected and it's in shambles. This was not the sonic that it used to be. Sad to see this place go down the drain because of poor management.
Most car hop screens are missing or not working at all. Seen customers leave and go to Burger King instead. This place has really gone down the drain.
Wow can't even walk in and order food during business hours. Long line and everyone is being forced to go drive thru. This place clearly has been neglected by the owner. Very bad image for Sonic,
The lady working drive through on March 8, 2025 around 1pm should not be working there. She will cost you all a lot of business. Very short, rude, bad attitude, sarcastic. Had to cancel my order due to her attitude. And she seemed okay with the cancelation. 0 stars for everything but food bc i didnt get to try it but im sure it would 0 stars with bad attitudes making the food.
