customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. the employees clearly don’t want to be there. they don’t know how to smile. they test my patience every time i show up. i only keep going back because the food is usually pretty good. however, their attitudes make me want to just stop trying.
I don't know why.But it seems like every time I come here in the late night it's always unpleasantries. Tonight I was greeted with. What can I get you? But in a very low monotoned voice, and then when I was letting the lady know my order, she rudely interrupted me and told me that I need to repeat my whole order as if she wasn't listening. I normally don’t have an issue in drive through but the last couple of times I came through as a DoorDash the manager and boss is very rude. The manager ignored me at the drive through and needs to be fired for the way she talks to costumers.
