Kinda slow even when you order ahead still takes like 10-15 min for them to bring your food unless you go thru drive thru and just grab it
Waited 25 mins at a mobile phone spot when the restaurant said the order was ready. The drive thru worker said something about the car hoppers not having their headset on. Multiple drive thru and stall orders came and went meanwhile. Three different times car hoppers came and ignored us. What a joke of a business and please stop saying understaffed or the headsets were not on. 945 pm on a Monday night.
I’m beyond disgusted and I didn’t even order any food yet, so that is saying something! First off, their staff is completely incompetent and do not answer their speakers promptly when customers are asking for assistance. I waited in the drive-through line and asked if anybody was at the speaker for longer than I should have, so I rightfully pulled around to place my order at the window.
