Service is great, but the drinks taste like they are getting the water for the ice machine from the toilet. Definitely won’t go back.
The general manger is a joke and lied to the police saying my wife was trying to get out and fight her after one of their rude employees said we needed to let them know we had 2 orders to make their job easier which is fine but it is how she said it. They talk to people like dogs. This place is a joke along with the big ass general manger that looks like she hasn't missed a meal ever.
Changed my rating from 4 star, to 2. Sorry Sonic, but you've done it to yourself. You have made the customer experience terrible, and painfully frustrating. The last several times I have been here (so it is not just a one-off), the wait times are ridiculous. I get checked in at the kiosk - then proceed to wait 15-20 minutes, even well after I get a message on the screen that says "James (or whoever) is heading out with your order".
