This is hands down the best fast food establishment that I have been to- The staff are all incredible. They all seem happy to be working with each other and it kind of makes me want to work there! Best sonic ever
I wish I could give zero starts. I ordered on DoorDash and they mad the driver wait over an hour for the order. Then gave it to a random person. Then said they couldn’t remake the order unless I order again. Completely unprofessional and I will never order from them again. As a business you should conduct yourself with more respect and integrity than that. No customer should wait over an hour for their food. Wasted my time and the DoorDashers and still never received the order.
What a terrible place. Nothing about this Sonic is good. From the food to the service to the employees to even their drinks. Went by last Friday later in the day. Placed the order a head of time so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I only had to wait a few minutes which I get because they were a little busy but then I tried my drink before leaving and they were completely flat. Awful; the worst; service is painfully slow. Service is faster at a sit down restaurant - compared to here. I say this because you’ll wait an hour for your order. Communication here is non existent. Never again. Go elsewhere unless you have a whole afternoon to spend here. A total mess.
