I have never received such horrible service at a Sonic. We ordered 4 shakes tonight, no food. It took around 10 minutes (or more) to bring our drinks to us. after handing the drinks over, I did mention about the long wait, which she muttered something in response and scurried away quickly. In fact, she took off so quickly, I had to yell at her to get her attention to tell her she didn't get her tip ($2.00), she replied that she didn't want a tip and proceeded to run off.
