Order one drink simple rt 44 big red, took over 6 minutes and never got it
Never fails with this place. I don’t know how many times they have messed up my order. In reality it just me giving them $20 bucks and them sticking whatever they want in a bag. I order a super sonic cheese burger got a regular cheese burger, ordered it with jalapeños got charged $1 for them and didn’t receive any. Ordered easy ice got extra ice. It’s really kinda surprising how many times you can mess up on a single order. They weren’t even busy when I pulled in I thought they might be closed, as I was the only one there.
It's a good sonic but the touch-screen never let's you give a tip, it just ask for you to select one but nothing happens and it times out and runs just the food total. Your employees aren't getting their tips because nobody has cash nowadays.
