Food was not good,I was double charged and when I called, I had to go thru my bank versus the manager refunding..Sad to see Sonic standards on food and customer service is so bad now, they used to be tops
Came through today and there was practically no oreos in either of my ice cream and on too of that they didnt even close the lid on the drink roght and it spilled all over the car on the way home
I don’t usually eat fast food but I forgot my food today and needed to pick up something quick. The food took over 10 minutes to be brought to me and then when I finally received my food, they forgot my straw and sauce, so I requested these items. So I waited another 10 minutes for my sauce but luckily had an extra straw I could use. When the carhop returned, she apologized and said, “sorry I forgot about you.” Even if she forgot about me, you don’t tell customers that you forgot about them.
