I want to give a huge shout-out to the Sonic on the corner of Williams Field & Val Vista in Gilbert! We came through during the busy Halloween rush for the 50-cent corn dogs, and even with the chaos, the service was outstanding. A special thank-you to Amy S. — she went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. If you ever want Sonic please, please, please find a different location.This place is the absolute worse!!!!! 1. Crispy chicken sandwich was not cooked fully. 2. Smash burgers was thrown in the container, an absolute mess in the container. Asked for no onion, add green chilies, well, got onions and no green chilies. 3. Ordered a pretzel and mozzarella sticks, received no marinara sauce or cheese for either. 4. Tyler was full of attitude approaching my vehicle and all but threw my food into my vehicle. I did not eat any of it. Called # on receipt and no one ever returned my call. Val Vista Rd& Williams Field Rd location. Will never return!!!
