Went and had to wait 5 minutes before and pressed button 3 times, afterwards 3 cars go ahead of me and order and and leave and afterwards I still have to wait, so I get out of car and go INSIDE and ask about the order, and the worker is like "I can get your order", when i had clearly already ordered but they had no ticket for my cherry limeade, terrible service, manager needs to step it up and/or get some managerial training as this type of service will run a business to the ground 🤦🏽♂️
forgot the syrup in my ocean water, fries & tater tots taste like cardboard, all the drinks are INSANELY watered down and didn’t get the happy hour discount during happy hour? what’s happening sonic????? we are literally regulars
