The store was not busy. The first red button push went unanswered but I patiently waited until a new customer pulled up and immediately got answered. The second button push was answered quickly. I ordered a large and medium mozzarella sticks and they shorted me a stick. Its not worth returning to get my order fixed, but it is worth commenting on their service problems.
First off, I'd like to acknowledge that this was my own fault for not learning my lesson the first time. Last time I was there we were one of 3 cars and waiting over 15 minutes for a bag of ice before we just left. Today I ordered a number 4 and ten minutes later I was brought a number 1 (because 1 and 4 sound exactly the same) by a car hop that clearly didn't want to be at work. And everything was cold. Never coming back.
