Thank you for the reply stating that you will look into this with your team. However, there is still no mention of how the missing items I already paid for will be resolved or refunded. Even though it may seem like a small amount, this has happened multiple times now. While I may not be reimbursed for past mistakes, there needs to be a clear policy on how customers will be compensated when paid add-ons are left out. I paid extra for bacon on my burger, but it was completely missing. Mistakes happen, but this is a recurring issue, which tells me there’s a problem with how orders are handled. They also forgot to include napkins. For a place with no dine-in option, ensuring customers get basic necessities like napkins is a crucial detail. We keep coming back because my child loves the food, but getting incorrect orders roughly 1 out of 3 times is very frustrating. Really hope management steps up their attention to detail.
I had a 3$ order that went to a Sonic 5 miles away to a different preston. I asked the manager could she possibly complete the order here or help refund me. Instead she offered to give me the exact same order and a 18666576642 number. The number hung up on me and didnt work.
