Bad customer service. Drove up to drive thru. No acknowledgment. Drove up to the window and employees looks at me, after coming in, takes off headset and walks away. I will not be giving this location my money any more. Time from 5:18pm-5:25pm on 7/10/26. Check the camera
i go to alot of sonics since theyre pretty cheap, i know what im getting and dont expect too much. this place is miserable and by far the worst sonic ive ever been to and im a life long traveler. like consistently bad, and i dont normally negatively review places
I was waiting 30 minutes for a meal. The meal was cold, drink was flat and food was incorrect. I was one of the 3 cars there so there shouldn't be no reason for a 30 minute wait for fast food! This sonic is ALWAYS getting orders incorrect, slowest service and rude carhops!
It’s like 8:00 and nobody is here…. Then I come other days and their “system is down” like just lazy…..
